Brake pads are probably worn out. Have a trusted mechanic inspect the brakes soon!
You most likely need new breaks and probably rotors
Front grinding is when you and your partner's sexual organs are grinding together. It is more risky than back to front grinding because in front grinding the male's genitals tend to go inside the female's vagina. It is basically having real sex with clothes on.
Without more detail, my first guess would be that you have worn down your break pad to the metal on the side that is grinding. What your hearing is the metal from the pad grinding on the rotor. If this is the case then you may hear it get worse when you apply pressure to the breaks. You will want to replace the pads on "both" sides of the car and you might need to replace the rotor or have the rotor turned that is on the grinding sound side ASAP.
Check the condition of the brake pads- may need replacement Checked the breaks they are Knew
Front grinding could be a bad wheel bearing or in the front axle assembly.
A grinding, snapping or dragging sound coming from breaks can be a sign that new breaks need to be put on. if the brake pads have been used after being worn out the rotors can become grooved and even warpedI have a 1995 f150 and I had a grinding noise and it was the front wheel bearings. not a hard job if you have the manual for the truck and bearings are fairly cheap. if it's more of a squeeling then it's the answer above.
