Dont know, but mine has been doing that for 2-3 years. From a stop it will slip then engage pretty roughly. It sometimes shifts very softly, but occasionally very firmly (like, shift-kit firmly). Changed fluid, no difference. Pressure Control Solenoid (PCS) may be involved - mechanically stuck, shorted actuator wire, bad connection, bad output on TCM, who knows.
The Transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles or 24 months whatever comes first
Transmission fluid must be changed every 10,000 miles.
Transmission oil and filters should be changed every 30,000 miles unless you have a newer car, then they should be changed every 100,000. If the car is still running weird, take it into a shop.
Not necessarily, many stations have changed frequencies (channels) and transmitter location for HD transmission. Don't forget to rescan the TV every few months.

I recommend you change it every 75,000 miles.
Automatic transmission fluid should be changed according to the manufacturer's suggestions. Many manufacturers suggest having the fluid changed at every 100,000 miles.
