Why does a 2001 olds alero keep getting dirt in the gas tank Happened before and changed the tank injectors pump and filter as well as put a locking gas cap on and it happened again?

Change where you by your gas, also if where you live can add to the problem, ie, temp. hum. and other enviromental factors. Atlast is it dirt or is it rust?
