That's difficult, 'cause it could go two ways.... Its either he does like you and doesnt want to admit it just because he might be scared about rejection or about the social connection, like with "clicks". OR... He might think your hot or something, so he will talk about you but he doesnt acctually like you, and he doesnt want a relationship with you.

Answer Sometimes if a person talks too much and/or talks too loud people will begin to ignore them. Don't talk to loud and don't ramble on about things (I'm not saying you're doing that) but this sort of thing will cause people to ignore you. If they don't respect you, they will ignore you when you talk. Stop talking and they will wonder what's going on. When you start talking again maybe they will listen.
