leverage
YES. The long end of a Lever travels much further with light force, than the short end with more force.
usually physical advantage gained by using a pole or rod placed focal point with on end longer than the other end, there by increasing power on the long end versus distance on the short end.
Levers, like gears, pulleys, block and tackle, allows you to trade a long and weak movement for a shorter and stronger movement. This is helpful when you want to move heavy objects. A basic example is a pair of pliers. The handles will move a lot longer than the jaws, but the jaws will pinch a lot harder than you'd be able to do with your hands. That's the levers, or the leverage, allowing you to trade a long and weak movement for a short and strong movement.
Depends on the job at hand. The most common use is to multiply force so you can move something that weighs more than you can lift on your own. In doing this you give up distance. Place the lever and fulcrum so that the fulcrum is close to the 'load'. When you push on the long end of the lever it moves a long distance with a small effort, The load will be lifted a shorter distance.
the long handle provides a greater lever effect
A long arm of the same power would produce more leverage and torque, but I think it's more will power, and who has the most of that. This is completely wrong. Think of the two arms acting as levers. Would you have an easier time pulling a short lever or a long lever? Obviously the long lever is much easier to pull so the longer armed person would be at a disadvantage because his arm acts as a longer lever than the other persons arm.
Very short hair is easier to maintain than long hair because it does not get messed up as easily.
a short term goal doesn't take as long to achieve
Yes it is easier to style because its less hair and you can do more with it than you can do with long hair, and doesnt take that long to fix.

If that barrel is less than 16 inches long and you are in the US, you have an illegal firearm.

short a
The longer handle uses more distance so you need less force.
