Bad resistor or a malfunction in the switch.
if you remove the glove box you will see a metal panel.There are a number of Philips(star like) screws.Take these screws out and remove the metal panel,behind that panel you will find the blower motor resistor its about 2 inches wide by 3 inches high it also has 2 Philips screws fastening it into the plastic heating ducts.good luck

Your blower switch sensor is out. Replace it!Then all the speeds will work
Go to advance autozone,they have o.e.m. fuel pump,goes right on.they are high dollar.
The blower motor speed resistor is probably burned out.
