There may in fact be several people who are ignoring you and are doing so to be hurtful or punitive. It may seem like the world is against you only because those who are ignoring you are very important to you, and you perceive it to be worse than it actually is. It would be best to address this with each of them, although it is suggested that such be done on an individual basis.

You are delusional and no one is ignoring you: There is little that can be done by you to correct this. It will require outside assistance. Your best course of action would be to discuss this first with your physician or a counselor. They can best advise you at that point.
