Not everyone thinks that Che Guevara is a hero. He was a leader of the Cuban Revolution with Fidel Castro. A book about his tactics became an important guide during the anti-Vietnam War movement in the United States. The group opposing the Vietnamese War opposed the military and the Military draft of United States citizens rather than get involved in the political process. They did not try to take over the election machinery and throw out members of congress and the President. The other guide for running a guerrilla war is "Seven Pillars of Wisdom," by T. E. Lawrence.
