You have a short that is blowing the fuse, it may not be in the module itself but in a wire or sensor that leads to it.
Circuit is overloaded, short in wiring, or you are using too small a fuse. Use the correct size fuse and do not go too big or too small.
Check the horn - if it doesn't blow, then you may have found the culprit. In most cars, the lighter and horn are on the same circuit.
No good answer check and see if someone has installed trailer lights harness on your car these can short your circuit out hope this helps

Find out why the fuse is blowing. You have a short or the circuit is overloaded.
Obviously, if any fuse keeps blowing there is a serious fault in that circuit.Take it somewhere they can fix it.
It is very common for the starter to be the cause of that fuse blowing.
