It could be tricky .. It may be Pulmonary tension , if u received a hit on your chest . also it could be obstruction on the pulmonary alvioli . i suggest you to go to see a doctor ASAP .
because the internal replobis is disturbed and causes the chest to feel pain
This usually happens after you are numb because you are sitting on your foot for example. Numbnesses like these happen because a weight causes the blood to stop flowing , and therefore it becomes numb. When the blood can start to flow because the weight is lifted, you feel pins and needles. This is completely normal and should not be made a concern out of.
It means you should visit a doctor. We cannot diagnose your medical problems.
Look, Listen and feel, tilt head back, open mouth and look for signs of obstruction. look for chest to rise for adequate breathing. hold nose and with mouth open breathe in and give two breaths to victim
when you placed your hand over your chest you could feel sound 'dubbed'

Your chest may feel strange after a cold because when coughing, you could have strained some muscles. Your lungs may also be inflamed, which may make your chest feel strange.
some time i feel wait in chest and also my chest is vibrate for few second . i feel it not daily some time
You would think so, but no. I had it done years ago. You do feel a little stick, but after a while, you don't feel anything. Just close your eyes and relax. You feel a slight pinch when the needles are inserted and at times you can feel pins and needles around where the needles are but no pain at all. Its so relaxing - well worth the money.
Because your body warms the air as you breathe in - the air retains heat as you exhale.
there is no set of breathes for asthmatics. They can't breathe so their heart rates increase. instead of counting breaths, take your pulse or put your hand on your chest to feel how fast your heart is beating.
