It sounds like there is water in the door of your Jeep Grand Cherokee because there may be water in the door of your Jeep Grand Cherokee. You can take your car to a mechanic to be sure, and if necessary, to have the door drained.
check the drive axles they could be bad
Wheel bearings, and if they're making that kind of noise your spindles could be shot by now too.
Gosh, do you have any idea where that sound comes from? Front or rear, under or over.... The more info you give equals a better answer....your question gets this answer. Since you had the time to post this you should have the time to correct the question and then expect a better answer.
The Cherokee Laredo usually has an electromagnet in the relay box to close or open the circuit in the fuel pump relay. When it is faulty, it will make more attempts to click on or off and that repetitive process causes the annoying clicking sound.
I cant find one but if the horn is just making a clicking sound then it's the relay and that is in the glove box just take out the little panel where the rope is attached and its in there.
Loose or worn out serpentine belt.

sound like a bad dimmer switch hi/low beam
it is located at the very left corner of the instrment panel, right of the hazard flasher and in front of the door chime. Also, if the Hazard Flasher is still working, you can engage it and find the area they are in by the sound. (Clicking)
I had the same thing, the pinion gear was bad.
Check the front driveshaft.
I'm not a mechanic but I had a problem with my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee lift gate not closing properly, seemed to move to the sound causing a noise. I replaced the lift shocks and the problem disapeared
