I have the problem with my 2001 tdi jetta. On REALLY cold mornings the glow plug light actually stays on and the car starts... In the hot weather the light only stays on for a second but starts pretty well... It is when it is 50-70 degrees that the light does not stay on and glow plugs are not heating up. pls let me know if you find anything out. It's driving me crazy. My email is mikluschak@cavtel.net
