What? I am assuming that you are asking if it can go 100, mine does so yes they can go that fast if properly maintained.
My 91 has no governer, it will BURY the speedometer needle beyond 160km/h (100mph) down to where the shift indicator is! Try it at your own risk.... my 94 has no governer either and it tops out the speedometer (100mph) at 3000 rpms and from there i can get the rpms to about 4300 to 4500 on flat open highway.
