Why does my 2001 Impala ls 3800 series 2 v6 motor all electrical the system freezes in winter will not start unless you jump start I'v upgraded the battery replaced the starter and still wont start?

Electrical Systems do not freeze. They only work or fry.
Have you changed/replaced the Battery to Starter Lead as well the Battery to Ground Lead?
Check also the Engine Ground for Loose or Corroded connection will interrupt Current.
Could also be Ignition Switch, Faulty Spark Plugs, Faulty Spark "Wires", Faulty Coil(s).
