your fuel pump seal may not have sealed right you can try taking it out and put it back in makeing sure your seal is in place and there is no rust build up around the hole, if you got it done but a garge take it back to them and tell them to fix the problem. your leak before was most likely your steel line on the pump was rotten.now it sounds like the seal just didn't go down in place right.
Check Your Waterpump

You cannot put a vehicle in neutral when the motor is turned off. You can put the vehicle in neutral while the motor is running. Then you can turn the vehicle off and the vehicle will remain neutral.
Probably ignition switch. Have it checked out.
The hot wire bypasses the ignition.
Out side of the timing chain and gears being replaced there are no adjustments. The vehicle computer controls the timing. On other vehicles the distributor can be turned in either direction to advance or retard the timing. This is not the case for the 4.3 v6.
The heater might not shut off in a 1998 Chevy S10 Blazer because the temperature controls are turned up to heat. The makers of this type of truck and most GMC vehicles allow for constant air to flow throughout the vehicle at all times. In the summer, just turn the temperature control lower.
Be sure the dash illumination dimmer switch is not turned off.
