Do you know how to do 2dc together? If you do, then it is just the same thing, only seven times, instead of two. If you don't, the you put your hook in front to back, draw up a loop and draw your hook through that after a yarn over. And do the same with the next 6 stitches. You should then have 8 loops on your hook. Then you yarn over, and draw through all loops on your hook.
