Actually, your girlfriend is probably an infantilist. "Infantilism" is an alternative lifestyle that seems to be getting a lot more popular in adult communities. There is a lot that's attractive about being little or being a baby- no responsibilities, no grown up worries or cares, and someone takes care of your every need. In other words, if she surrounds herself with babyish things, she might actually feel more like a baby. In the adult community, Infantilism can be "role playing" (Dom/Sub play where the submissive plays at being the "baby") or a lifestyle (where someone has a relationship with a "Daddy" or "Mommy" figure, and actually lives in private as a "baby". I have known practitioners who have had complete nurseries- they sleep in a giant sized crib, and wear diapers whenever they're not in public.)
