What could be the problem with a 1994 Chevy Cavalier Z24 if the turn signals will not blink unless you click the wand manually and all bulbs are fine and there is a new blinker switch?

Defective Flasher Relay. Replace it.

Your right turn indicator blinks too fast but only when the lights are on Left turn is fine all bulbs are fine and it works correctly when the headlights are off Any advice?

I had a fast blink on the right turn signal of 96 Grand Cherokee. Initially, this indicates a bulb out. Sure enough, it was the passenger front bulb (not the one on the side). Took it in and had repair shop replace bulb since I was having other work done. Now the signal works fine, except when I turned on the parking lights (or headlights), the blink goes fast. Took it back in to repair shop, they replaced all three other front blinker bulbs. Still not fixed. Looked up on internet, seems a common problem is using an 1156 instead of 1295na for the front blinker. Opened it up, found the 1156. Went to Napa auto parts, guy said it was an unusual bulb but he had one in the back. Popped it in, works as it should. .

Why don't your blinker work when your flashers are fine?

I found that it was a burnt out bulb

Why do your front turn signals not blink and your rear turn signals wont light up at all the bulbs are fine 1999 883 XLH?

Try the blinker relay. My brother has a Honda that did the same thing and that's all it was. Should be just a plug in relay switch.

How do you stop the front turn signals-DT running lights from acting like they are burnt out with a fast flashing blinker when they are not and you are not using plastic bulbs?

Could be a defective turn signal flasher ALSO... I had this same problem of a fast blink and the front marker light not working. The bulb itself was fine, but I noticed corrosion and burnt plastic on the bulb itself. I cleaned the wire contacts on the bulb, then pried carefully on the wire with a pocket knife to "bump" it up a bit for better seating contact. It worked like a charm on both the left and right signals. Have not had an issue again in several months now.

On a 1999 Olds Intrigue what's the fix for hazard lights and one blinker to work fine but other blinks twice as fast and front light doesn't flash at all?

Check to see if the bulb that does not flash is going bad, or is burnt out.

1993 Mercedes 190E the left blinker on the panel in dash does not light up but does work outside but the right blinker works fine what to do?

Sounds like the light bulb is either loose or burned out in the dash. Replace it.

What causes 94 f-150 directional blinkers to blink real fast when hooking up a utility trailer?

There is a short in the system somehwere. If they blink normally without the trailor, check the trailor lights, sockets or wiring. If they blick fast all of the time, one of your bulbs is burnt out - change it and they will blink at normal speed. Everything is fine without the trailer, the trailer is new(does not mean much) but just found that my hazard system works fine with the trailer, which leads me to directional flasher could be bad. Will check and post... There are two flasher cans, I had changed out the emergency flasher thinking it was the directional, changed out defective directional flasher and all is well. Thanks againl

My 1999 Pontiac Firebird's turn signals blink eratically and fast What is wrong with them?

If you have a bulb that is burned out then it will blink quicker than normal. If all the bulbs are fine replace the turn signal flasher....usually located in the fuse box. Some cars have it tucked up next to the steering column under the dash. I'm not sure about your specific car as to the location.

You replace the flasher relay on 1988 Ford E150 van but it still won't blink it just stays on The right blinker blinks but not the left one four ways work fine what could cause this?

Remove and check all of the left bulbs again one by one. If you have a multimeter do a continuity check on them to be sure. While you have the bulbs out check the wiring to the sockets, the sockets and any places in the harness that have been taped or otherwise changed or repaired. Might try looking at trailer wiring if so equipped as that is a common place for problems.
