Yes of course. Many of them do it. If they are not emotionally attached with their husband, and not getting satisfaction by the act of her husband. Like men ,women go to the world of fantasy and think about other man whom they like or meet and get higher level of sexual pleasure even though they are having sex with their husband. The word "fantasize" implies that the woman is using the imagery to induce some kind of arousal, or at least as a mental stimulus.

Most fantasies, male and female alike, are just a mental means of achieving stimulus or arousal. Thus they should only be shared if there is complete trust in the partner. Similarly, if one decides to act out a fantasy, (and the 'being with other women' one would be a very dangerous one to try out!), there should not only be complete trust, but also a "safety net" such as a safe word, or signal that means both parties cease once a comfort level has been reached or passed. The fantasy of your husband with another woman may be more common than you realize, but it's not necessarily something you ought to share with him without first establishing firmly that it in no way encourages him to do so - unless that's something you're OK with!

My wife and I have talked about this. This is her answer:

• Since the birth of our first child, when I was convinced that I was no longer attractive to my husband, I fantasized he was sleeping with two of our neighbors. Both are gorgeous and friends of ours. I told him my thoughts and he did everything to reassure me that he wasn't. It was my low libido after childbirth that caused the problem.
