I also had same problem ,re installation of chrome didn't help much. Then i found out the issue. Its with the settings. Just make internet explorer as your default web browser. Its a fact that explorer sucks!! But as long as you are using a windows product you have to comply with them.I think Google will take it seriously. Yes you have to manually trigger it always.I'm not a tech-guy.I'm just sharing something that worked for me.If somebody have a better idea to bye-pass this issue.Just share with me also
To set back Explorer as default browser:
Control Panel\Programs\Default Programs\Set Default Programs
You might have pressed F11 while Surfing the internet. It makes the browser full screen and hides the task bar.
The task-bar could disappear if you used F11. It is a shortcut key for making Chrome go full screen.
Google Chrome is only a web browser for internet use. Finding movies can be the task of the person using it.
i dont know, see islamqa.com
History is by default enabled: to view it hit Ctrl-H. To delete history, select 'Edit History'. To avoid having your browsing history being tracked, enter Incognito Mode, by hitting Shift-Ctrl-N while in chrome. Enjoy!!
Download Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and delete Internet Explorer.

Yes it does. There is no root kit protection for the browser and therefore your network becomes a back door for anyone who likes to drop trojans, etc. Also, Google Chrome is part of the Pentagon's Cyber Task Force. Everything you do on Chrome is monitored very heavily. All of your personal information, sites visited, files downloaded, etc, are all stored on a cloud server that is constantly scanned for "malicious activity". Basically, if your using Chrome, you have zero privacy while surfing the web. And it's slow as molasses.
When you choose the option "hide when minimized".
The Google Update Task Machine UA is a updater for Google products. It will scan your computer periodically and find which Google products you have and then prompt you to update them.
Open Task View: Windows logo key + Tab
Right click in the tab bar(Not on the actual tab) and open chrome's built in task manager. From here select the page you wish to kill and click end process. Alternatively open the windows task manager and end the entire process for chrome(If you wish to kill all pages)
Installing the Google task bar gives advantage such as easy access to Google query's. However the task bar will take up additional browser space and may impact on browser performance.
