If you get air flow to the defrost area -
Check for a vacuum leak either under hood or under dash
Check the operation of the vacuum operated motors under dash
Check the selector switch If no air flow to defrost - check for a plugged evaporator - remove blower motor and look or feel around
It will use R134a Freon..........
This is an indication that either the a/c system is over charged or the cooling fan is not working.......
R134a
R134
R134a
most likely low on freon. while driving the ac compressor spins faster so it might cool better with low freon at higher engine rpm. have your system charged and checked for leaks.
its low on freon have it charged
I just had 2 pounds of Freon added to my central A/C and was charged $30 a pound.
Buy a kit at Wal-Mart or auto parts - comes with instructions
It will depend on the make, model and year of the refrigerator that you are working on........
freon needs to be charged
