∙ 15y agoNon-disjunction happens for a number of reasons. If the child is exposed to High Temperatures, a virus, chemicals or radiation, Non-disjunction could occur. Sometimes there are just random errors in the process of Meiosis. If one or both of the parents drinks and/or does drugs non-disjunction also occurs.
