He probably has a hematoma. We see these alot in my grooming salon. Some are caused by a dog having an ear infection and it shakes its head a lot. And some are caused when a dog gets its hair really matted behind its ears and had to have the Matt shaved out. Again resulting in the dog shaking its head alot. So just fix whatever is making him shake his head and his ears wont bleed anymore.
