It depends if your really hairy or just sweaty
Its not so important how much you sweat. I exercise on the treadmill with my friend, my whole body is in 15 minutes drenched in sweat, in one hour i lose around 4 pounds. My friend sweats much less and he is loosing more weight then i am. Sweat is mostly water and salt, not fat.
I think its different for everybody. I exercise on the treadmill for one hour and usually sweat so much that i lose more than 2 quarts.
Yes, there is Fitness apparel that wicks sweat away and also blocks it from seeping through to the outside. You can also always wear black so no one notices that you are sweating so much .
Pretty much, it makes you sweat so you lose weight!
Because of their fur, they can only sweat through their noses and bottoms of their feet. This is why they lose so much fur in the summer
One half-pint. The human average amounts to one cup of foot sweat per day. (At first I typed food sweat. Eww.) That's what I learned this week.
sweat averagely
Mine doesn't, because I still have hair!
it is when you sweat so much that people have to hold a bucket under neith your arm
Actually they don't sweat more than other athletes. It's just that the uniform is much "skimpier" so you can see them sweat so much more. Also, the uniforms in other sports are more absorbent. Lastly, this is the only major sport (at least in the U.S.) that you get to look right at their armpits!
The weight of sweat can vary depending on the individual and the circumstances, but on average, sweat is composed mostly of water with small amounts of electrolytes and other substances. One gallon of water weighs approximately 8.34 pounds (3.78 kilograms), so one gallon of sweat would weigh roughly the same. However, the weight of sweat can be influenced by factors such as hydration level, temperature, and physical activity.
salt is very much present in sweat, so in a manner of speaking, yes.
