Actually they don't sweat more than other athletes. It's just that the uniform is much "skimpier" so you can see them sweat so much more. Also, the uniforms in other sports are more absorbent. Lastly, this is the only major sport (at least in the U.S.) that you get to look right at their armpits!
You will be fat.
The average sweat rate varies widely among individuals and can depend on factors such as age, fitness level, environmental conditions, and activity intensity. Generally, it ranges from about 0.5 to 2.0 liters per hour during exercise. Athletes or those in hot climates may sweat more, while others may sweat less. Monitoring sweat rate can help with hydration strategies during physical activity.
Have athletes drink only during planned water breaks
Swimmers actually sweat the most.
I think its different for everybody. I exercise on the treadmill for one hour and usually sweat so much that i lose more than 2 quarts.
During physical activity, the body produces sweat to cool down. Sweat evaporates from the skin when the heat from the body causes the sweat to turn into vapor, which then dissipates into the air. This process helps regulate body temperature during exercise.
Electrolytes are important for athletes because they help regulate fluid balance, muscle function, and nerve function in the body. During exercise, athletes lose electrolytes through sweat, which can lead to dehydration and muscle cramps. Replenishing electrolytes through hydration and nutrition can help maintain proper body function and improve athletic performance.
you wouldn't be losing any fat.
yes u do sweat when u excercise I would assume you do not exercise hard enough or long enough if you don't sweat.
When you exercise and you don't drie off the sweat nothing Happens i think your sweat eventually evaporates .. its not bad or anything but if you don't sweat at all that's bad .!
