It is either not aligned or not tight. You should look toward the belt tensioner. Sometimes one or two of the attaching bolts can break ( I experienced that) and the tensioner pully can also go bad (experienced that also). There is no real way to "align" the belt... unless the alt is loose or something, look at the Belt tensioner!
