Check the fan, it could be worn out. If that's not the problem you could have a plugged evaporator coil. If dust builds up on the evaporator air can't get through. There is a possibility that your vehicle has a cabin air filter. If so, make sure it's clean before you go to the expense of a new blower motor or having your AC system cleaned out.
