the Bureau of Land Management is not corralling all wild horses, but they periodically do a roundup/ infertility shots for the mares. Some of them they let go and some of them they keep to auction off. The reason why they do this is to keep the population of wild horses small so that the land they roam, and land nearby does not get destroyed by over eating vegetation or by being trampled.
In the United States, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is responsible for maintaining the wild horse population on federal lands in the western part of the country. The horses have reproduced too successfully, so the number of horses currently on federal lands is much higher than the number that can survive on the land. If the horses are not rounded up to reduce their number, they will either die of starvation or thirst or will migrate onto private property where they can cause massive amounts of damage.
In the U.S. the BLM manages and protects wild horses.
You cannot legally round up wild horses without a goverment permit from the BLM.
wild horses are shy animals and need to be approached with caution.
Wild horses are herd animals and need to be around other horses. Wild and tame horses both like and LOVE to be around other horses, but that depends on their social skills.
Horses living in the wild have their own ways to get what they need. Such as they have been observed eating a certain type of clay which rids them of internal parasites. Domestic horses eat differently then their wild cousins. Their teeth aren't worn off like wild horses so they need the help of a vet.
Not all horses are born wild. Domestic horses when born are not really wild, they are just young and need education. There is a big difference between a wild horse and a domestic, green horse.
to round up wild horses in Texas and sell them in the u.s.

In domestication horses need their hooves trimmed to keep them a proper shape to avoid lameness. In the wild horses 'trim' their own hooves by walking on rough ground which wears them down.
They will be hard to catch and i don't think that you should you can use a helicopter to round them into a round yard and capt ure them that way.

horses that aren't tame are called wild horses. The difference between wild horses and tame horses is that tame horses are a lot calmer for one. They let you ride them and are used to life in a stable. Wild horses, however, would throw you off if you tried to ride them. That is, if you can even get near them!
