more than likely he likes you,but if he rependenly touches you then he wants your attention or he really like you. he mite say he ddont but he truly doez or this mite ju be bc he iz bored or he wants you to touch him.he mite just wont to be friends. and be carefull cauze boys sometime they only want you for sex it can feel awsome. but it can also lead to desices, and babies. trust me i know.
