bad blower resistor
Begin by removing the wiring harness from the back of your 1974 Beetle blower motor. Remove the blower motor retaining bolts. Remove the blower motor fan. Reverse the process to install your new blower motor.
Behind the glove box.
The blower motor is under the pass side dash where your feet would be if you stretch twist the motor to get it out of the housing turn the motor towards the fuse box to get it out once you have it free od the housing good luck
The most likely cause is a failed blower motor resistor. When they burn out, they leave you with only the high speed fan setting no matter where you set the switch. They're about $20 usually, and can be purchased from any Dodge/Chrysler dealer, and some auto parts stores. It's a super-simple do-it-yourself repair, all you need is a screwdriver. it up under the passenger side dash, the blower plugs into it. super easy fix
I also had a hard time finding the blower motor on my 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham 4 door. In my case it was located under the dash clear to the right side on the passenger side (if you are sitting in the passenger seat it would be directly above your right foot). To be super carefull you should disconnect the battery first. Next remove the plastic cover under the entire dash (see photos provided below) I think it is a 9/32 to remove the cover. You can now see the blower motor, there are three 7-32nd hex head screws holding the blower motor in place, also unplug the power harness to the blower motor. It was easy to remove and re-install. In my case it was a loose wire, you might want to check that first. Be carefull, if you remove the blower motor and leave it plugged into the power it might start spinning in your hand if it is a loose wire problem. I spent so much time researching on the net the location of this 1995 Cadillac blower motor that I thought I could help someone else in the future if I took pictures of the whole procedure. I put the pics here: http://www.amesweb.com/pics/Replacing_Blower_Motor_1995_Cadillac_Fleetwood_Brougham/index.html Here is the forum that I originally posted my question and answer: http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/rwd-19xx-1985-deville-fleetwood-1985/63498-blower-motor-location-95-fleetwood.html?highlight=blower+motor+fleetwood Ed.
I have a 99 Ford F250 super duty. When I turn on the fan to the heater and AC I can hear air moving in to the vents. No air moves out of the vent on any setting. It is like all vents are closed. what could be the problem. I have replaced the switch. I check the blower motor.
our home was built in the late 60's. I looked at the serial number I cannot see #because gas pipe is covering information but on the bottom vent has the name of "ALLATA SUPER FLAME" The blower has 2 or 3 speeds. only one speed is working the 1st and second but the 3 not working.
There are four types of motor kits, the folding motor device, lightweight motors, super light weight motors and speed motors. Folding motor device caters to folding bikes only. Bear in mind that the main purpose of a bicycle motor is to increase speed. For starters, the light weight model is an ideal choice. One can shift from the light weight motor to super light weight motor if one becomes completely confident in balancing and controlling the bike.
The difference is in the motor size. The 034AV is 56.5cc (cubic centimeters) and the 034 Super is 61.5 cc (cubic centimeters). The 034 Super has a slightly larger motor, and therefore it presumably also has greater speed and power.
Grovyle has super speed in the game
Very safe, unless you go above the speed limit. Always wear a helmet. Overall, they are super fun and fast!
