Why does the heater on a 2008 impala police package run cold while idling?

There are two hoses that go to the heater core, when the coolant is flushed an air pocket forms preventing hot coolant from reaching heater core while at idle. Happened with all our police impalas. Tell the dealer to fix it.

If you have a POLICE PACKAGE Impala ...some time the cut the wire who activate the horn ..they send it to there police equipment , because they can shif the steering "horn" ...if they press a button on ther computer it gonna be the police siren goes on when the press horn. and inverse, the switch it to use the regular horn...that's coulb be a possibylity IF IT IS NOT A POLICE PACKAGE some time the horn goes bad because of water going in the horn in the front

I don't see why they wouldn't. The police package (9C1) engine and tranny are just built heavier. The engine is beefed up a little more and so is the tranny. As far as I know they'll fit right in there.
