check your fuse and bulb as well as the others bulb in your car. - its just electrical nonsense. easily sorted In my experience, when one signal flashes quickly, that means that a bulb has burnt out on that side.
Replace the turn signal flasher relay.
flasher will not flash when circuit is open or shorted replace left front turn signal bulb
Normal cause is failed bulb.
You could be hitting the flash feature on the turn signal arm when you use it.
You may have a "ground loop" problem on the left turn signal. Check the ground wire at the front and rear signal bulbs.
need to replace blinker bulb
Turn on the RIGHT turn signal then get out of the vehicle and see which lights are flashing. Count the number of bulbs that are flashing on the back of the vehicle and on the front. Then turn on the LEFT turn signal and check again. Usually a rapid turn signal indicates that one or more bulb has failed.
The turn signal and brake light use the same bulb. When you get a fast flash, it is from a reduced electrical load being placed on the flasher unit due to a burned bulb. Replace the bulb and this should fix your problem.
was jeep in accident and repaired? sounds like crossed or shorted wires

Turn signal indicators are lights. The flash to tell you, or indicate, that a turn signal is on, and which way the lights are flashing.
It looks like your left front one is burnt out. When there is not enough current flow the good light will not flash.
