You may have a "ground loop" problem on the left turn signal. Check the ground wire at the front and rear signal bulbs.
Answer You might want to check your flasher relay which is under the dash.
That's the point. So people behind you know you are turning.
your signal light is burned out. The rear signal lights burn out quite quickly and the fast flashing is an indicator you need to replace them.

one or more bulbs for the turn signal have burned out....try replacing the bulbs
What is the nature of the problem? e.g. one light doesn't flash. No lights flash. How many individual lights/bulbs does the vehicle have where you are having trouble? Are all other lights, stop, turn, tail, on that part of the vehicle working properly?
Turn signal indicators are lights. The flash to tell you, or indicate, that a turn signal is on, and which way the lights are flashing.
When this happens, wiggle the turn signal stalk. If this fixes the problem, you need a new turn signal switch. Sometimes when you hit the brakes, the lights will come on. This is an indication of a bad switch.
Both turn signals work when they want to. The hazzard lights work just fine. All bulbs are great. The turn signal indicator will flash inside the car for a few seconds and then stop. The outisde turn signal lights stop too.
You have to replace front and rear bulbs.
