Disconnect the lower coolant hose.
That hose goes to your heater core, follow the hose to passenger side of the firewall.
lower hose is on left bottom of radiator. passenger side.
follow the upper radiator hose, that should lead you to it.
Just pull it out of the hose and install the new one.
Run the ac for awhile, the low pressure hose will be the cold one that is sweating.
The 1998 Chevy Astro lower radiator hose is held in place with a clamp. Turn the clamp screw to the left. The clamp will become loose and the hose can be removed.

It is in a hose that is stuck in the top of the drivers side valve cover.
Follow the upper radiator hose to the engine. Where it connects to the engine you will find the thermostat.
Follow the top radiator hose back to the engine. The thermostat is under the housing where the radiator hose connects to the intake manifold.
