Talk to Snorlax while tis channel is on.You have to go to the Lavender Town Radio Tower, and a man will give you upgrades to your Radio (do the Power Plant fiasco if you have not already done so). Then, tune to the top tiny star on the radio with your stylus, which is the Pokeflute channel.there is no pokeflute, just go to the radio after you get the expansion for the radio from the guy at the tower in lavender town, the pokeflute station should be near the top middle of the radio selection. (note you cannot auto tune to the station.)Go to the Kanto Radio Tower. Somebody will give you an app for you pokegear called pokeflute. If you want to get snorlax, first press A on snorlax, then go to the radio card and put the dot thing at the top. It should say pokeflute. Then press A on snorlax again.

Ok im assuming this is for SoulSilver/HeartGold. So you have to get the power back on in Kanto and then go to the Lavender Town Radio Tower. Talk to the Director and he will thank you and then upgrade your radio. Tune into it near the top and you will access the pokeflute station to awake the mighty snorlax from his slumbers.
