Steering wheel was installed upside down or the steering wheel is turned 180 degrees.
To unlock the steering wheel, insert the key in the ignition, and turn the wheel hard to the left, and then the right. This will usually unlock it. If it doesn't, remove the steering wheel, and look for the plastic tabs that are sticking. Press down firmly on the tab with a screwdriver, while moving the steering wheel.
If indicatoris right of the steering wheel then up, otherwise if it's on the left, down.
The main device that controls altitude "elevators" for up and down movement and the "ailerons" for the left and right turn process is called the yoke. It is a stick with a steering wheel or "yoke" on it to turn left and right. It is also pulled or pushed to go up or down.
The red steering wheel in the instrument cluster means that the steering wheel is not locked into position. There should be a black lever on the left or right side of the steering column. This is the lever to release when you want to adjust the steering wheel up or down. Push the lever back up to lock into place and the indicator should go out. It is right down to the left of the steering wheel. you have to pull it off and then there are the fuses.
The knob under the steering wheel of the 1987 Honda Accord adjusts the height of the steering wheel. The knob will allow the steering wheel to move up or down.
It's to the right and down next to the steering wheel and antena button.
The steering wheel shimmering could be warped front rotors, when slowing down. The stalling when slowing down could be a bad fuel filter.
