You evidently have something shorted to ground. You did not specify as to which fuse you are blowing. Consequently, iI am unable to help you.
the battery is behind the seat under the black cover you will also see the fuse box
A short circuit somewhere.
Refrigerant leak? Blown fuse? Compressor not starting
Fix the fault blowing the fuse.
Check your thermostat switch.
Try checkimg the main 30Amp fuse ,And then check that all the wire connectors are tight and not coroded.
The fuse box is located directly behind the battery. It is a box about 1 1/2 by 3 inches in size. There is an access panel held in place with two screws that must be removed to see it.

In my 2001 CRV, the clock and radio fuse are the same. Funny, mine keeps blowing though... I keep taking it back to the dealer. They are trying to figure out why.
