Why does the vmk unleashed site say that is doesn't exist when I go to play it?

The game was never going to go into production, so one of the friendly Developers/Staff Members came out and told the members the truth that was needed to be told. You see, the game was put on hold because the main Developer (I'm sure you know who it was, as I don't want to bash them) was holding off the game and never really worked on it when he said he was. So now, when you visit their used to be VMKUnleashed website - it gives you the story of why it happened the way it did. The date kept moving back even more, when we were guaranteed a date in Spring 2009. If you think about it, we weren't shown much proof at all besides slightly edited pictures. May I also add that it was announced that the Walt Disney internet Group did not want "Falling Star Productions" to use their exact material. So, this caused the Developing team to start all over and which caused great disappointment and stress throughout their official Forums. It would have taken a very long time to get everything prepared for their next attempt at the game. Here is the story on their website. Please do know that I don't own the rights or retyped anything. I know it is difficult to understand, but this is for the best, as I do not want any of you to be hurt again by such a lie as was promoted on this site. I want VMK to be a good memory for you, and I hope VMKU's failure does not bring down the original VMK in your mind. I want you to know that VMK was one of the greatest games ever released by Disney, and that recreating the same version you all want would be virtually impossible. A version not as good as the original would be slightly depressing and wouldn't bring back the same magic as the original. A real company, needs to reopen VMK, not a group of teenagers. Only then will we be able to relive the magic of the game. It's sad, but it's the truth. While the future of this domain is still being decided, I would like to recommend you to a new community for the time being. TotalEntertainmentForums.com is led by a wonderful group of staff members who may not be able to make you a game, but they will be honest and give you a safe forum to be a part of and a place to be with each other. I have officially given this domain to the owner of TEF.com, Gypsyfire (and Belin), and I know that only good will come from whatever they choose to do with it.
