It is not the site itself making the offensive remarks. It is immature people such as vandals and trolls. They want attention, want to get a reaction out of others, or they want to leave a mark of some sort. Just flag the questions when you see them. Or you can contact a supervisor, or take it to the vandalism page.

Ugly and insulting remarks are made by users for several reasons: not thinking and/or not caring about how they will make others feel thoughtlessness rudeness It's just the way they talk. They think being rude and insulting makes a point. They don't like it when people disagree with them. and for any number of other reasons. The great thing about this site is that anyone can come after those people and edit those ugly and insulting remarks out. While any good parts of the answer should be left, no one has to put up with nasty, ugly, and insulting remarks anywhere on this site!

Or you can give the link to a supervisor. If a supervisor is responsible for the problem, then give the link to a community assistant. Or you can post the links you find offensive or in need of work to the vandalism discussion page.
