One thing that can cause this is a slipping automatic transmission. The clutches do not engage at first letting the engine run free, then they engage suddenly producing a slam or jerk. This will quickly destroy a transmission.
cause the truck has more power and it increases the cars speed and the speed slows the car and makes it work arder to pick up speed
If a 2003 Honda Civic will not rev up then it is most likely running in safe mode. Safe mode prohibits a car to go past a certain speed.
REV can mean many things depending on how it is used. Reverend is a religious title as in "Rev. King" Revving an engine is to increase the engine speed. "rev it up for a minute" Revision is a change to an item or document. "Document 1, Rev 1.3" Revolution refers to one rotation of a thing or insurrection.
There is no governor. The rev and speed limiters are programmed to the ECU. You can get rid of the speed limiter and up your rev to 7500 by (direct bolt on) swapping the stock ECU for one from an Infiniti G20 or G20t (OBD2)
To increase the speed of the engine, which is measured in 'revolutions per minute' - shortened to RPM or 'revs'.
Need to clarify what you mean here. Are you referring to power or speed?
Right after the big bang happened, the universe was expanding at a speed of light. While it was expanding, it started to cool itself down since the big bang caused the universe to heat up to ridiculous temperature.
ID-ten-T error.
You find a shop with the appropriate software for the engine ECM in your truck, and have them adjust it. If it isn't your truck to do this with, the ECM will be password protected, and you won't be able to.
There is a couple reasons. 1) because of the weight the trucks are carding takes a while to get up to speed and 2) depend on id the truck is goverened at a certeain speed another words no matter what the driver does the truck will not go over the speed set on there truck
Rev It Up was created in 1990-07.
When downshifting you let the truck run at a low rpm like around 1200 then easly take it out of gear and then rev the truck up about 300 rpm while shifting into the lower gear. Eventually you will get the feel of the truck and sound and will be able to do it in your sleep.
