The fuse will blow as soon as you turn it on. Use the correct fuse and nothing else.

To turn on the wipers, you twist the indicator knobat the tip in a forwards fashion. To switch them off, you do the reverse and twist the tip backwards towards you. Try putting in a bigger fuse. Maybe the reason why your blowing is to much going through such a tiny fuse.

You send it to get repaired, or if you have a warranty. Epic2524 here blow into them it may blow a fuse and wont turn on unless you charge them for a few hours.

If the concentration of carbon dioxide in the indicator decreased, then the indicator would turn purple.

Wiring problem. You also may have a car that shares fuses with other parts, that blow the fuse when you turn the part on. IE: Dodge vans have a problem that when you turn on the rear wiper you blow the fuse that also is connected to the air bag warning light. The air bag light goes off when a new fuse is installed. Check the web for blogs on your type of vehicle and then search for that area of concern.

Try unplugging your AC compressor and see if it still blows the fuse. When you turn on your defrosters you also turn on your AC.

Remove the connector from the back of your indicator light assembly. Take hold of the lightbulb, push in and turn at the same time. The lightbulb will come out. Reverse the process to install your new lightbulb.

Short in the wiring, corroded turn signal light bulb socket, or too small a fuse for the circuit. Can also be incorrect size bulb being used.
