If the code shows to be a rich code....one would suspect a faulty fuel injector/injectors, this rich condition can also cause the catalytic converter to clog up and burn...call on a certified technician who is computer code,diagnostic savy in this field and learn from this specialist while he/she attempts to find the under lying problem with your vehicle....could be a clogged air filter, fuel injector/injectors replacement/ service, check timing belt/chain also for possible jump time, dirty fuel(flush fuel tank replace fuel filter, replace or flush faulty clogged fuel injectors) test O2 sensor, may be burnt out from rich condition not allowing the injectors to run lean.
