Under the dash and directly above the left foot rest.
If you are looking into the engine bay from the driver side fender it is the silver thing to the right of the fuse box.
You have a problem with the electrical circuit.

It did on mine. When I went to check the pump, the fuse was blown. Replaced it and found that the pump was also bad.
Short in the wiring or the circuit is overloaded.
Both power is fused before a relay gas and spark don't mix too well
I would check the wires on the oxygen sensor. They may be melted together and shorting out. I just had a similar problem with my 87 Supra. The 7.5 A ECU-IG fuse kept blowing and I wound up having to replace the ECU - which drives the fuel injectors by the way. I got a used one from the recyclers for $120 and it fixed the problem right up!!
I Don't Know Whether Yours Is Left Or Right Hand Drive, But In UK The Fuse Box Is Under Cover On Drivers Side. Regards M. R.
