I would check the wires on the oxygen sensor. They may be melted together and shorting out. I just had a similar problem with my 87 Supra. The 7.5 A ECU-IG fuse kept blowing and I wound up having to replace the ECU - which drives the fuel injectors by the way. I got a used one from the recyclers for $120 and it fixed the problem right up!!
