faulty solenoid.
Uses a Type 51 or 51R. The only difference between them is the plus and minus terminals are reversed. Only thing that means is you might have to install the battery backwards so the terminals on the batt align with the cables. The battery is symmetrical so you wont have any clearance issues.
New battery needs a charge? Loose or corroded battery cable? Engine seized? Bad starter Bad starter solenoid? Bad neutral or clutch safety switch?
I don't believe it does. To cut of power to the car completely, just remove one or both of the leads from the terminals on your battery. :)
The battery is a 12 volt.
The Honda Civic Hybrid will run fine on a dead battery, but acceleration will be sluggish.
Yes as long as it fits in the battery holder.
