Answer, The "blend door" housed within the dash plenum is more than likely the culprit. Find out if the door is electric or vaccum, then make sure it is getting one or the other. If vaccum or electric is working to the blend door, then a mechanical malfunction with the door is probable. Ensure that the door is moving and there are no obstructions to hinder its closing/opening within the housing. Other than that it may be some strange occurance that would require detailed trace work to the problem.
It may be that your clutch master cylinder is bad, or more than likely one of the internal components within the cylinder, have the clutch master cylinder checked.
