A thin film of rust/corrosion devolops on the brake rotors when the truck sits overnite. This causes minor squeak the first time the brakes are applied when shifting into drive.
I had the same issue and it turned out to be that the break caliper was sticking and needing replacing.

Answerif you use synthetic oil you will have a little more noise than standard trans plus fluid.A loose belt will cause a sqeaking noise especially when shifting gears
