because there is not enough gas in the engine so to fix it prime it twice the amount of times it says to prime it then it should not stop if it stops it means you have a piece of crap

If I were you I would not waste my money on a craftsman product. I have the exact model you are asking about and it lasted for about 13 months. Now it won't start and the cost to repair is as much as the original cost.

The incredi pull design is defective. Obviously there was no quality assurance. The pull line will wear through the small plastic choke idlers and render the entire trimmer useless once it has worn about halfway through.
