Please explain "slam in" - - - Phrases like this really tell us nothing.
i got 22 on my 88 caprice i put 4 inch lift springs front and rear. tires are 265/35r/22
Rotate tires 2 front 225 and 2 back 245
In my opinion the new tires go up front. The steering tires need the grip.
in Illinois it is 4/32 front tires and 2/32 all tires
In the United States, the tread has to be 4/32 (3.17mm) or more on the front tires and 2/32 (1.58mm) or more on the back tires. rear tires can be retreaded but not the front "steer" tires.

No you can not but you can install heavy duty springs that will raise the front end 2 1/2 to 3 inches.

mine I use 35 psi for the 2 front tires and 40 psi for the 2 rear tires.
It depends on how old your tires are and how warn they are. The front tires will wear out first, so if they replace your tires regularly then you can get away with only replacing the front two. If you rotate your tires when you change your oil or don't replace your tires often enough then you will probably want to replace all four at the same time.
