Spark plugs!!, replaced your spark plugs and don't keep the car longer than 2 weeks without cranking it and when you do crank it make sure you run the car in 3 gear at the most onless you are on a freeway, also make sure you punch the car like you are racing at least once every time you crank it, RX7 are not like any other car, forget everything about treating your car like a lady, RX7 needs to be beat up from time to time to keep the Spark plugs clean, otherwise you are gonna end up with the same problem!!!
