The damper is either disconnected or broke. I have heard of the broken damper problem before.
The system that controls the flaps that direct the air is not functioning.
Sometimes there's a function on the drivers controller switch that disables window controls for anyone other than the driver.

Check the blend door under the dash on the F150. Check the vacuum system as well. The vacuum controls the blend door and controls the heat as well as air from the defrost.
Generally, when the gum has more sugar (or you have only chewed it for a short period of time), it is easier to blow a bubble. The gum isn't as tough.
One circuit breaker protects all the power windows. If only one window doesn't work it's not the circuit breaker/fuse. It could be the switch in the drivers door or the power window motor has failed.
If there is a switch below the window controls on the drivers side door, flick it, that would be the override safety switch. It's labeled window lock.
You have a vacuum leak. When the a/c controls don't get any vacuum, it defaults to the defrost position. Check and make sure someone didn't accidentally disconnect the vacuum hose with their feet. Look under the dashboard on the passenger side.
My 2001 does not have a 'lock' button on the power windows - likely because only the front seat occupants have access to the window controls.
yes in theory, the pressure of the ball hitting the outside has a cushion (the pressurized air pocket) to soften the blow while the interior one does not; however it will not break in a small area but crack probably the lenght of the window
The only anagram for blow is bowl.
